@dannys2222 Peggy Lee had Bell's Palsy and had to have work done on her face.She did not have a face lift.

wonderful post....I saw her the night before she had heart surgery; my friend wrote her and she responded.....sweet memory of her singing The Wind Beneath My Wings before it became famous.....thumbs up

Peggy had endured health problems most of her adult life. She refused to lie down to ill health and fought back every time. She suffered respitory and heart problems from time to time.
I photographed her in Glasgow during this period, she was a true superstar of her generation and a joy to watch in concert, she stayed backstage an hour after the show to sign autographs for fans. She was a delight to meet and left you feeling you had met greatness...which I had
