I agree - the personal success routine for making yourself healthy first - then jumping into the 60-60-30 to handle your biggest priorities are two of the most powerful techniques I've heard. I find it difficult to do consistently as well. But when I do - my day turns out great. Thanks again.

The 60,60,30 rule is indeed fantastic, I heard about it during a seminar of eben pagan. It is the same principle as what tennis players do during their minibreaks. To be honest I still have difficulties to maintain it, I have to make it more inevitable.
