They should be disbanded for the next 4 years while they eliminate their illegal hazing "traditions" and everyone who ever took part in them That's the only way to fix this mess of an organization.

@br549sample Thanks for the comment, I don't agree really however as this would impact an entire generation of band members. This no hazing thing needs to happen and it can be rolled in immediately with an open door policy to Administration. Thanks again for the comment.
