  • perhaps some great rockers were never meant to get old,Buddy Holly,Eddy Cochrane,Gene Vincent and Elvis never made it into old age, while Little Richard Chuck Berry and Jerry Lee continue to grow old in true rocking style (disgracefully)

  • EXCELENT SOUND BUT, LIKE THE MOST OF THE PIONEERS THAT PLAYED LATER HIS OWN EXITS, THEY LOST THE ORIGINAL RHYTHM AND BEAT; LEAVING OUT THE ROCK AND ROLL ROOTS.

    WHAT I TRY TO SAY?

    ¿QUÉ TRATÉ DE DECIR?

SONIDO EXCELENTE. COMO EL DE LA MAYORÍA DE LOS PIONEROS QUE DESPUÉS INTERPRETAN SUS ÉXITOS, PIERDEN SONIDO Y RITMO ORIGINALES, ALEJÁNDOSE DE SUS RAÍCES ROCANROLERAS.

  • great song...and with ALL due respect...you be bopped your lula one too many times gene!...still a great song!!

  • Less than 18 months after this clip was shot he was dead from an ulcer that burst in his stomach, RIP.

You can watch the full documentary as part of Adam Curtis's blog on the BBC online, under 'Between the Gutter and the Stars'

  • Real Rocker !!! - Erkele
