Best place to call is the prosecutors office. If it was a US marshall or a federal agent then phone the US Justice dept in Washington DC to demand a federal grand jury take place.

Any citizen can actually file a federal lawsuit against the Justice dept, on the pastor's behalf, demanding they hold a grand jury and indict the federal offenders.

I listened to some of that so-called pastor's "sermons" and they were very hateful - he didn't sound like a pastor to me. I also saw the video where he was tasered - he should have cooperated and if he had a problem he could have sued later - seemed like he just wanted to get attention.
