  • Jeff how do you like that little stripper wheel thingy? Been eyeing them, but they always looked to me like they'd wear out fast.

  • @davemiii There are others out there that last longer but this one works for me and replacements aren't too expensive.

  • Oh man thanks alot Jeff, really good video! lots of info

  • @tomswonderfulworld Glad you like that one.

  • Is the clear base coat you use as a blending agent, the same thing as the PPG DBC 500 that you would normally use with candy concentrate or a toner off the bank, great videos , thanks

  • @TheELTEJANOLOCO I have not used PPG for spot Jobs so I can't answer that one. Our clear base coat is a "toner" off the bank. Thanks dude.

  • Jeff take a look at my first video I have alot to learn showing the Coronet.

  • Hell of a job there Jeff !!

  • schuuuprint

  • @gregmporter Tack up till you just start to feel the sticky.

  • @PMLif3styl3 yes

  • @satajet883 Seth wrote to replace the adjuster wrote to fix, he asked me what I thought I wanted a new shell but would rather fix the existing than get a used one with ten dents in it anyway. We use ADP estimating system.

  • @mustie1 that was a fun one.

  • that was a soup ta nuts repair, I like how you laid out all the steps,,

  • So well done !! thanks Jeff.

  • We have always used the green paper for primer for the same reason. We would have replaced that gate. 8 hrs at our lbr rate would not cut it. We would need about 14 hrs for that repair. But with that ins co who knows. Looks like they are using the pathways estimating system. That is what we use. Looks like you have the collision stuff down. Nice Job.

  • Do you use a separate gun for everything, ie primer, base and clear??

  • I like the touch with the tack cloth right before the blend.

  • Collision Corner??? Sounds like a horrible place to drive your car. Guaranteed to dent your car. Even though it's not mcs&hrs I still like it.

  • nice video man looking good!

  • Nice how to , thanks for the lesson.

  • Jeff, the gang would like to know why the clear coat gun produces such a big fog while shooting as compared to your base coat not producing much at all. Thanks

  • great video!

  • @jamesfreddys Oh absolutely! Those little inline 6's make some good torque so that would help those spool. Hang a Turbonetics 114mm off of it, bring up on the transbrake to about 30 psi and let go of the button! lol

  • @jamesfreddys fun? Your sick! lol
