There reason Sam has a spoon is because when we filmed the interviews and videos on that day we asked our ambassadors to bring something that represented something important to them and part of their inspiration. Sam chose to bring a wooden spoon which represented home cooked food, family meals. Nutrition is the key to success for athletes and sports men and women, so eating well has always been a big part of life and something he enjoys!

@offshorebaker he is isolating the thumb muscle with this isolation excersize - it has recently been introduced to the bodybuilding world as a new muscle which can undergo hypertrophy unlike on the foot.
