A great clip from the Norman Granz Joe Pass at Montreux Jazz Festival 1975 DVD (very reasonably priced)and one of my new favorite songs. What's the wierd noises in the background??? What more can you say about Joe Pass jazz legend???

  • Joe was great. I saw him at least 15 times throughout the 70's-80's in Manhattan (Village Gate, Blue Note, Village Vanguard etc.) and he never dissapointed the audience! Clapton and his kind must shit their pants when they see videos of him play, especially with Oscar! Incomparable. Genius. Never to be duplicated. RIP Mr. Passalaqua.
