In a short time Chris's distro and micro-label, Cipher Productions, has become not just one of the few but one of the best Noise/Power Electronics labels in Australia, releasing important albums from artists such as Pop Culture Rape Victim, Facialmess, Ames Saglantes, Cracksteel, Aube, Gelsomina, Astro, Werewolf Jerusalem, Agit8, Grunt, Control, Government Alpha, The Rita and many others. It would have been impossible to fully discuss every important release. In addition, Chris has been recording and performing his project Chrysalis for years, although recordings and performances are too few and far between. In addition he has been releasing the magazine Night Science, each issue so far coming with superb compilation cds of the artists interviewed.
