@RebelRedeye Um. Not really. Smith's entire existence is because he has disobeyed the Matrix at every turn. He came back online when he was suppose to be deleted. He tried to destroy Neo, forfeiting his purpose. He reshaped the Matrix to suit his own desires. Smith did everything but obey.
