Can you really go wrong by stuffing green bell peppers with smoked sausage, ground beef, rice, cheeses, tomatoes, garlic, onions, herbs and spices???? I think not!! At least not with this bangin (and so easy!) recipe for stuffed bell peppers.

Whip it up on a weeknight!

  • Making these tonight and putting diced tomato,onion,oregano,ground italian sausage,ground turkey meat,chopped clove of garlic,and mozzarella cheese in them. For the topping mix ketchup,hot sauce,and a splash of worcestershire sauce then spoon it on top...so good!

  • WARNING ABOUT COOKING THE BELL PEPPERS!!! Do not boil for longer than 4 minutes, I cooked mine for about 7 and they fell apart. FAIL!

  • my whole family loved them. i used brown rice. i cut them sideways. i didn't use sausage. i used whatever cheese i had.. whatever you choose to do you can't go wrong. i am making these again tonight and love that i can come back and be reminded of the things i forget like par boiling and parsley.. thank you very much for this recipe!!
