i just ordered a whole Lot of 24 pigments from Ebay. I think they're gorgeous colors, but I don't really know when it's "right" to wear them. I really like matte colors the most, especially for fall...but do u think it's ok to use these pearl colors in the fall and winter?

Would you be able to use the NYX Trio Eyeshadows in Golden / Rust / Walnut to achieve the same look or do you definitely need the loose pigments?

you would probably get a more matt finish but i think that would be fine :)
