(Clarification: When I say "under the age of 16," I really mean 16 and under. If you are 16 and UNDER. You can join.)
So, I was watching TV and happened to stroll upon a Kidz Bop commercial. I was thinking about YouTubers who I thought deserved to have an album too! But, well of course, I can't afford give them a record deal.. lol.
But hey! What if we had a "album playlist" of all YouTube Kidz who want to sing and show the world what they got? That is where I got this idea..
So...
THIS IS KIDZ BOP: YOUTUBER'S EDITION!!
First, a few disclaimers..
Whoever joins will NOT be paid. It is just for fun!
I am not in corporation with Kidz Bop or their record label..
I am not paid to do this.. This was just a random project that I wanted to try!
RULES:
1. You must be under the age of 16.
2. You must sing a song from Kidz Bop 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19.
3. The video of you singing must be a video response to THIS video, or else it does not count.
4. Personal Message (YouTube Email) me or "KidzBopYTEdition", so I know you are officially in. If not able to do so, a comment will be fine. BUT IF YOU DO A COMMENT, I will consider it official if you type in "I have officially posted my entry."
5. (opt.) Clean up the lyrics if you desire. (For the kids! lol.)
6. The title of your video must be "Kidz Bop: YouTubers' Edition Entry."
7. You must subscribe to "cbsdis" and "KidzBopYTEdition" before posting.
8. We will only have 16 submissions. UNLESS...
If we get at least 10 video responses in the next 2 weeks, I will make it a "Deluxe." Then, we will be taking in 21 submissions. (A normal Kidz Bop! album has 21 tracks.)
9. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DEADLINE!!! (If there was, I wouldn't even do it.. lol.)
10a. You MAY have more than one person singing in the video, but you must put their name in the video description.
10b. HAVE A TON OF FUN!!!

This is TOTALLY OPITIONAL:
You can add effects to your voice, if the song is electronic or something like that. Effects to the video are also permitted. Microphones in the video are fine, too.

Tips for your entry video:
1. Pick one of your FAVORITE songs from any Kidz Bop 15, 16, 17, or 18 album that you KNOW you can sing well. Find songs that match your voice and suit you. (Get help from a friend or loved one if you have trouble deciding.)
2. Use a GOOD quality camera.
3. Use a really good quality instrumental.
4. Add effects to your voice to match the feel of the song.
5. Make your video stand out by adding special effects.
6. DON'T have a super long intro. The playlist should only have songs, not speeches.
7. Look good! Wear clothes you like and match the theme of your song.
8. Smile!
9. Get into it. Move around. Dance a bit.
10. MAKE A MUSIC VIDEO! If you have the time and want a really amazing piece, make a music video.
11. DON'T sing like you have to. SING LIKE YOU WANT TO!!!
12. HAVE FUN!!!!
