  • Ants canada please help its camponautus nuptial flight and i caught a female alate but if i catch a male alate will they mate in the test tube or do i have to let them fly to mate?

  • @AgressiveInliners The ants do benefit from it, they have a higher chance of making sure the colony survives through a winter, Its also good, because it gives them energy, and ants must eat to live anyways. The larva require solid food to grow, and the ants must feed the larva solid food because, the larva will spit back out a liquid that the adult ants actually eat. See the ants don't even eat solid foods. Just the larva, and the adult ants rely on the larva to process it.

  • i have a myrmica rubra colony but when i feed them they eat what should i do

  • Watching your videos makes me wonder if ants can suffer from obesity. Yours are certainly well fed.

  • @xxABIGBOYxx Snow won't kill the ants. They will hide underground and go inactive.

  • all the ants around me died from the snow :(

  • Nice video! I love the coloration of them :D

I am either 2nd or 3rd viewer. Imma try and avoid making things complicated and just say I am in the top 10 first viewers.
