Fence Monitoring project is a use case for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) focused on collaborative, in-network data processing. The goal is to develop a distributed event detection algorithm that can reliably report security relevant incidents (e.g. a person climbing over a fence) to a base station. This is a video of an experiment conducted by the Computer Systems & Telematics research group at Freie Universität Berlin in September 2006. The details of this experiment can be found at the Fence Monitoring homepage at http://cst.mi.fu-berlin.de/projects/FenceMonitoring/. Contained on this page is also a link to our paper "Fence Monitoring - Experimental Evaluation of a Use Case for Wireless Sensor Networks" which was published in the proceedings of European conference on Wireless Sensor Networks 2007.
Okay! You are trying to catch several states around the fence. But where are the sensors, what kind of sensors you are using, what conclusions do you have, any experimental results, i.e. Accuracy level?

I've updated the description of this video to point to the webpage that we've set up for this experiment. Plese have a look over there!
