Dandelion is a 2D animation I did using After Effects. I wanted to show the life cycle of a dandelion but I didn't want it to be an animated time-lapse, single shot piece. I wanted it to have a storyline, but I wanted to do something different and go against the expectations for a plant animation. I wanted something a little bit more aggressive and up tempo. So, I chose Queens of the Stone Age's "Go with the Flow" as the audio. After that the inspiration was there and the rest was me working tirelessly each evening after work for one week to get the result you're seeing now. All the visuals were done in Illustrator and After Effects with some help from Photoshop.
