@krushgutz THAT! Confidence is the sexiest trait in a guy. To quote arkady on youtube, "chicks. dig. CONFIDENCE!" Just approach, APPROACH! if you're a guy.

Give him hints that youre interested in him, try to smile at him occasionally and maybe make some physical contact like touching his arm when you get the chance..
