Hundreds of tips to a Georgia Tipline have ended in the arrest of several major dogfighters and shut down their operations. Dozens of former fighting pit bulls have been rescued.

actually thanks to the Vick case anf organizations like Bad Rap the hsus and other are rethinking some of their policies regarding automatic euthanization of fighting dogs.

I thought the tipline was a National call-in program. This video makes it seem like it's only for Georgia & Florida. Am I missing something here?
