The video is fake.
I used San An Studios, in which I could spawn cars and stuff and somehow I got it to chase me over an invisble ped bug I think/.. I don't really remember how I did it since that was more than 3 years ago.

@alanj2007 im not 100% positive but i think u need to hit it... with a spade as u see in the video, thats what i did when 1 chased me... but hit it or shoot it with ANYTHING possible EXCEPT mini-gun or RPG'S
