and classical the fifth chakra. But all Chakras are very important and meaningful. Its just that the higher ones are closer to the truth and closer to the divine.

Its a difficult topic. But it does take longer to learn jazz then other styles of music and it also takes a higher level of emotional development and intellectual sophistication to play good jazz. So in a sense you could say it is a better then most styles of music besides classical. But all styles of music deserve respect and are valid.

Ken wilber, probably the greatest living philosopher, wrote that the thinks hiphop is the first chakra, rock the second and third, jazz the fourth chakra,

Right. In fact, your explanation is more accurate than mine, and a lot...

    Shorter than mine.

Hancock goes into a 2-feel and Chambers follows him by playing a double time feel.

The drummer and the pianist respectively are getting "The Feeling" during the break. Its that rush during a solo that causes the player(s) to play faster, louder or more intensely with a lot of emotion, and everyone else follows suit. In the technical sense, the pianist just changes his pattern of syncopation to on-beats while the drummer plays in cut time.
