@Purplexi This the kind of tone i favour with fuzz too. Sure its cool to roll back the volume and go Hendrix but tones like this rock too.

This sounds great man - good job - a saw another clip with the guy playing with the volume rolled off slightly on the guitar and that was super responsive - awesome sweet bluesy break up - I just love the Scarab though - dificult to choose - but cant afford both - cheers for posting S.P.

@Purplexi ,weird i was thinking the solar myth was too bright and not blown up amp enough sounding , it sounds very bright and modern to me , but i guess that just shows that tone really is a subject of personal taste , every real fuzz face i ever owned was wooly , dark and woofed at you when you hit it too hard .

Cant remember hearing a fuzz with that much mids preserved! every fuzz i try on my tele just loses that flutey mids..... Great demo.

I like almost everything here(especially that strap!) but that fuzz is way too dark with your set-up. No string definition left, just honk. Go with a more accurate Fuzz Face, turn your tone knob back up or just throw that Blues Jr off a balcony! Otherwise you're 60% there...

@Purplexi I couldn't possibly agree less. I got the exact tone I was going for in this clip and I love my Blues Junior just as much as all my high end stuff. *see my other clips*

@mrcali68 it amazes me that someone is critical of your tone, which sounds great and makes me want to get this pedal, and then doesn't have any videos of their own. Guess that means they have no tone at all.
