It's called SoundHound now,  but it still says Midomi on the splash page once you get it on your iphone.

yes but ipod doesn't have a mic. So you have to buy one if you have a ipod touch. The iphone got a mic :) I'm using shazam but this is probably good too!

this is a ancient version of midomi. review a newer one.

the only thing with Shazam is u cant hum and look for a song...and also, u need to wait 'till the Shazam app is done listening which takes 10 secs.

midomi is much faster and u can stop it after 3-4 sec

Shazam is so much better, i just used it to pick up the first song and it found it within 10 sec..it works in clubs as well and can tell when songs r remixes
