CHINA, Time and Old Clocks

Here, I have a wish : that you be enchanted by these old Chinese Clocks as much as I am.
The view of some of them brought tears to my eyes.

The Music is entirely mine.

Yes, something Ancient, and relentless.
Can you hear a flavor of Gustav Malher in some parts ? This came out of the blue, and adds to the character of the Song, I think.

I don't knw how you do it, Catherine, but this is such a beautiful piece. To think of China and things oriental is one thing, but to add the "timelessness" of the clocks with it is just spectacular. By the way, the music, with its ticking and ringing is very appropriate. Very nicely done ~ congratulations! Blessings!
