Toyo Tsutsuli is a Taiwanese(blood mixed with Dutch) singer-songwriter, film director, indie musician, and artist. His music genre is based on electronic/dance to pop, and some trip-hop styles. Because his past musical participation was focused on the market in Japan, his first name in Chinese was used as artist name in Japanese pronunciation. Since 2010 he restarted his career and soon his music have been played on some radios in Europe and America. He speaks three languages, Chinese, English and Japanese. His music is very ethereal and hypnotic with his unique and soft voice, glamorous and wicked styles. He also directed his videos which were very snazzy and aesthetically combined with his music. At present, Toyo has become one of the popular independent musicians through the internet.
