TecknoCrewProduction Has a bunch of features, all detailed in the ReadMe, including teleportation, vehicle spawning, and a speedometer, also model spawning, Always Godmode, Never Wanted, No Reload/Unlimited Ammo, and many car options.

From ASI Loader you will only need "dsound.dll' put it in the get 4 main folder.From Simple Native Trainer folder extract all the files to the gta 4 main file...
NOTE: "I try this on 1.4" "OS-Windows 7"-- When i run the game in normal mod the game crash...if that happen to u then run the game as administrator.
To Navigate....
-F3 or F4 to Bring Up the Manu or hide
-8 and 2 to move up or down
-4 and 6 to move left or right
-5 to Enter
-0 to go back

hey dude i got problem when i start a gta and start the game and crash i run it as admin and said GTa not responding and GTA not working pls reaplay

Hi, I have put the car onto my game, like u=instructions, but now how do I get to main menu? (I don't know how to find the cars, where do I go?) DO I use cellphone? How do I get to the part where you shose all ur spawn options?
