  • Hey, Chuck! You're so cute! I want to get to know you better! How about us getting some dark organic coffee and talk over some sinfully delicious French pastries?

  • Sure thing! Where do we find raw pastries? ;-)

  • @RawFoodDietNow: Oh, Chuck, you sure talk SO dirty! besides being SO cute! You are driving me CRAZY... To me, you ARE already the raw pastries! ...xoxo

  • 謝謝 你是可愛的 :-)

  • 1 thing: that carbon filter does not remove chlorine, flouride, or any of the bad stuff. (Just the phenols which taste funky)

Reverse osmosis water is really good for sprouting. (and drinking!)

Thanks for making the vid! Cheers!

  • Agreed -- good point, thanks for bringing it up! :)

  • hey hey! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some

amazing things about it and my brother in law got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost tons of

    weight with it.

  • Is there a difference between wheat grains you get at grocery store vs wheat berries?

  • after you soak the lentils, what then?

  • Ok help me out here. I am confused. These are described as nutritionally dense foods. Lettuce is not considered nutritionally dense. Yet when comparing 30g of lettuce to alfalfa or mung sprouts the lettuce 5-7x the Vit A, 2x C, 9x K, thiamin, riboflavin etc were all pretty close. 30g of mung sprouts only had 1gr of protein. The nutritionally dense in what exactly? A carrot, by weight is even more dense nutritionally then lettuce. Someone help, cause I am confused.
