What color clothing goes well with this blue color shadow? Is it true that you shouldnt match your clothes with your shadow?

@chauty i would wear it with neutral colors. Black, white, gray, etc. In my personal opinion, I think wearing blue clothes AND blue eye shadow together would be a bit too much.
