Yeah i know my mom and my sister dont like SVRS they kept said ill call u back later or ill tell u in person. But Since last July i port my number to ZVRS and they said the ZVRS are much better. For myself I like ZVRS intpenter's attuide way better than SVR, SVRS always give me a sad or bad attuide!!

i didn't know about that, i use svrs interpreters has rights not to rude deaf people, if i see an interpreting swears then i can get order against that interpeting too hard many interpreting. my hearing brother called me no promble.. i am sorry to hear about thuth wow.

It's unfortunate your sister had a bad experience and unfortunate she was stubborn. I am an interpreter and a CODA. If your sister got the interpreter's ID number, you can file a complaint. There are a lot of really good, professional interpreters. Too bad your sister too stubborn to give it another chance. I would hope you would be more important to her and not her pride more important. I love my parents too much to give up, I remember TTY, I will take SVRS any day.
