  • I'm a guy and that's how a lady should act! Check her out as she stepped on stage doing the tightrope! Love it! Love that beat! She spoke on teamwork! Love her poise! Love her class! Love her natural hair! Love how she tried to educate the other sisters present about their NATURAL BEAUTY and to avoid the fake hair etc. She appears to be a real sister/ QUEEN!

  • Sophisticated

  • Talk about poise...Class Act!!!

  • @brandenmcghee You did not offend me because I do not take anything that people say on you tube serious. 2nd I am not a hater. I guess you forgot to read one of my earlier post where I specifically said that I admired Janelle but she is in her own world and is a serious person. 3. The word hater is so overrated where most people these days that use it have no idea how to really use it. 4 I love to debate as well mainly about laws but in this case this is about perception and opinion not facts

  • @brandenmcghee but in this case this poses a question about not facts but mere opinion and I am actually done with this because just as though I cannot change your mind you also cannot change mine and I'm not going to sit here and keep talking about the same thing since that's not going to go anywhere and at that point would be considered a waste of time.

  • You're just a hater. When Janelle Monae got up the steps, she and Taraji made eye contact. Taraji was dancing to Janelle's song and Janelle responded to her by doing a dance of her own. When Janelle hugged Taraji, you don't know what type of expression was on her face, because HER BACK was to the CAMERA. Nice little disagreement. I like to debate with people. Sorry if I offended you in any way

  • @brandenmcghee Well for one..You can hug someone and you can HUG someone. This is what I see.. The way she hugged her she didn't have any type of emotion in her face, it looked like she just hugged her because she felt like she had too because Taraji was so ecstatic but she looked conceited like I'm big shit and yeah i'm hugging you but I'm big shit. Sure shes's big shit now but I've seen them come and go. Taraji was humbled with hers even though Taraji is much popular than Janelle.

  • @tiana1017 Yeah yeah, whatever. How much love did Taraji need? Isn't a HUG enough? What would you have done to show your love to Taraji if you were Janelle Monae?

  • @brandenmcghee Tiana is not my real name, I wouldn't use my real name on you tube and I sure did say she took the award and was like whatever. I'm glad she thanked her team, I was just saying that she could have given Taraji more love then she did, yeah she hugged her but her demeanor was like whatever but it's cool. Everyone is different and I have my opinion and you have yours. I'm not trying to change yours so don't try to change mine.

  • @tiana1017 "TIANA" aka HOMEGIRL, there's nothing arrogant about her. You said "SHE JUST TOOK THE AWARD AND WAS LIKE WHATEVER". She gave Taraji a HUG. Didn't you see that?? How is she being arrogant when she thanked the audience for their applause and gave thanks to the people who helped her along the way. She's not even trying to take all of the credit. She even mentions her TEAM, and she says IT DOESN'T HAPPEN WITHOUT A TEAM. Where's the arrogance? Please tell me. No low self-esteem here. SORRY
