comme disait le maitre de conférence, en "force de vente" : " si vous mettez le client dans une situation tres indelicate , et que votre produit lui apparait comme une bouée de sauvetage , alors , non seulement vous avez gagné la vente mais de surcroit , il vous remerciera !
