It really depends on how you use it. I was a bit harsh since you can win if you're a good enough Ibuki

Oro's hitbox for Ibuki's attacks are in his favor. With SA2 you still get some EX to burn and can confirm it, and with SA3 it's pretty much the the easiest to land, but SA1 is unconfirmable on Oro. You'd have to be using some insane mix-up game to get it on him. You can get EX with the other 2 as well.

Chip is fine but sometimes Oro can just plain run under it and punish you. I use SA3 vs Oro

Good EX is what Ibuki wants. Her other supers don't have many uses, especially SA2. And SA3 would only be good if it had at least 2 bars, but it doesn't.

Also, SA1 is great for chipkills and punishing grabs. Most certainly her best super.

Wow, bad choice. Should have had Ibuki come after, if that was an option. If not, then Ibuki should have AT LEAST chose SA2 or SA3 against Oro. There's really no good set up for SA1, just gives good EX.

I didn't look at the video before answering but, if you charge it down, release, rapidly do back fierce and then up kick, it works. No need to partition or anything.
