Let's Play UFO Aftermath - 1a - What REALLY Happened In 2004

Oh man! Here's UFO: Aftermath! This is one of the better spiritual successors of X-COM, in my opinion, especially after patch 1.4. This is definitely a tough game, though, with some nice music to add to the atmosphere.

UFO Aftermath....the combat was buggy, the base building super simple...but it was fun..and they had some amazing weapons ideas...I like it...thanks for showing this one off quick!

@Malkasphia I had a pretty fun time playing it in my test run. If you haven't played patch 1.4, you should try it. It really improved the game. I'm playing Aftershock now, and what a difference between the two games. I'm liking it, though. This may be a long LP.

Never seen this game before. Looks kinda advanced, for an x-com game.

@tomme25 I haven't seen it advertise too much in the US. I think with how rough the game was bug-wise when it came out in 2003-04, it really hurt it's chances to become well known.

@Quickmind01 I have not played patch 1.4....cool, I will go back and try it at some point...yeah Aftershock is a much different game, but I happen to like it better than Aftermath.

You are definitely in for a long LP with either game...
