EPIC DAY AT DUPLAINVILLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As I pulled up into a parking spot on Marjean, the signal turned green for an Eastbound. At first, thinking it was a freight train, I got excited. Then remembering how late Amtrak 8 can be, I realized thats what it was and got pissed off. Then shortly after 8 passed, the light turned yellow, meaning something was right on 8's heels, and then green, for the second Eastbound. Once again, the light turned yellow, indicating a 3rd eastbound was on its way. I also caught the defect detector working, and the signal changing from yellow to green. The 3rd eastbound had a shiny new CP GEVO in the lead. Yet again, after this train passed, the light turned yellow, and then green, for the 4th eastbound in a row. CP 276 happened to be that 4th eastbound, with an NREX (ex GATX) and two CEFX EMDs pulling the train, and the lead unit has a nice P3! Then the signal stayed red for a while, so I figured there would be a CN train soon. Sure enough, a northbound hit the 94.0 detector. I drove north on Duplainville road to see what the signals were. All red. That meant that a southbound was coming and the northbound would go into the siding. Train 5 is a northbound CN, with an SD75I and CN/IC 1016, an SD70. This train was lined into the siding. Still no sign of the southbound anywhere though. Before I even had time to hop in my car after the NB CN passed, Amtrak 7 flies by over the CN/CP diamond, with two Milwaukee Road PV's, and a horn show for the foamers at Marjean. Once again, something hits the 94.0 detector on the CN, northbound. A CN and NS SD70M-2 haul this train uphill, and into the siding. The southbound had just arrived a few minutes earlier. Again, the 94.0 detector goes off on the CN, for another northbound. A pair of CN SD70M-2's lead this train, and the engineer flashes his headlights on and off at us. Once this northbound cleared the siding, the southbound CN with an ES44DC, SD75I, and another ES44DC leaves and heads south. This ES44DC has a nice motor, since I could feel the locomotive operating, and hear it as well. Then it was back to the CP for Watertown local G67! SOO 4444, and 4410 power this short train east back to Milwaukee. Then we heard a horn coming from the south on CN, which turned out to be L504, with IC GP40 3138. Awesome P5 horn. A short wait, and L504 came back south, light powered. Thus ending the day on a good note.
And without me, you wouldn't have heard anything on the scanner, and gone home early. You owe me pal. (I realize I have posted an outrageous number of comments on the video and I deeply apologize).

Indeed it was. 9:05 epic sound. Also, did you have to format your video camera for more bass? Mine seems to not pick it up as much as yours... Epic doppler effect by G67!
