US Patent 6063770 - Tannic acid compositions for treating cancer (read the 20+ examples, they are real humans not lab rats), US Patent 4665898 -Malignancy treatment,, US Patent 5676977Method for curing AIDS, US patent. etc, etc, etc. These LEGAL documents hold up in a court of law, must be "useful", cost millions in R&D costs and take years before approval by the examiners. NO-ONE would spend all that time money and effort in patenting something that does not work. Your ignorance is astounding
