How do you get rid of flab while consuming 4000+ calories a day? all bodybuilding is a lie.

You would need to burn off more calories within the day than you take in. But in all honesty the only way for endomorphs (fat people) to build muscle and be lean is to do it in cycles. Put on fat and muscle in the winter and in the spring and summer cut weight to look lean.
