i know what you mean, you try so hard but then you get very little results! im the same, i lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks, not great but its still a loss! just stick with it &it will be worht it hun :) xox
okay, so you have to calculate the amount of calories your body should get, and lets say its 2000. Let's say you eat 1500 calories and burn 500. So your total caloric amount is 1000 calories. One pound=3500 calories. If you get 1000 calories for three days, you lose about one pound.
Also, with working out, you may not lose actual pound weight because muscle weighs more than fat.
