Pray and Work for a Faithful Budget with the National Council of Churches

An interfaith community has been holding daily prayer vigils and meeting with legislators asking for a faithful budget that does not harm the poorest and most vulnerable in society. On Thursday, July 28, 2011, religious leaders brought their prayers to the Capitol Rotunda and would not move until they were arrested.
