In Memory of Danny Joe Brown:: 1951-2005 March 13, 2005 Danny Joe Brown, a founding member of Southern Rockers Molly Hatchet, singer and co-writer of the band's biggest hits from the late 70s, died on Thursday at his home in Davie of complications from Diabetes. He was 53. Brown had been a diabetic and had problems with his health for years.
Danny Joe was flirting with disaster too long. I sure hope he quit walkin with the devil and repented of his sins before he died or he is facing the danger of an eternity in hell. I didn't see anything in his obituary that he ever repented and put his faith in Jesus. What a wasted life. He lived his life in rebellion to God and now it's time to pay. Get off the broad road that leads to destruction southernrocker4life and get on the narrow road JESUS CHRIST that leads to life.
@razorbacker63 That's Right! Molly Hatchet was so instrumental in what a "Real Southern Honky-Tonk" band should be! I'll Love and Cherish all the goodtimes, and memories I had watching them play, My friends and I would see who could stand in front of the Amps the longest at thier concerts, maybe that's why I'm about deaf today, Love Ya DJB! Miss Your Voice and Music
