SledgeCertified.com, a video demonstration of a repair and attempt for self-certification using a sledge hammer to make the dent.

An idea I am fooling around with, a certification using a sledge hammer. www.SledgeCertified.com

If at least 20 technicians post their SledeCertified attempts, I will do my best to market and expose this list of technicians from all over the world.

  • @pootech1 Knockdowns I use are typical plastics, but the slap hammer in the video is a custom made one out of chrome molly steel.

  • You got to much time on your hands. lol

  • Previously you've done nice repairs. Why would anyone want or care to do this?, aside from that, you took a sledge to a perfectly straight panel and left a big wave in it after repair, if it's that detectable at 4-5 ft when you filmed it, at 20 ft that's going to look terrible !,...the idea of PDR is to leave a repair as undetectable as possible

  • SAL that was the owner of the car in the end of the video ? :))))

  • like to see close up of dent, before you fix. Looks good though

  • Pretty cool stuff, Sal. Let's get the word out.

  • Great Job Sal, What king of knock down are you using?
