hey man, i suggest you get a new mic because it sounds like you're using a headset mic. However if you can't afford it, find something like a picture frame to stretch a kleenex tissue and put that infront of your mic and move a bit further away from your mic, you don't have cheap sounds inbetween and you can always turn up the volume of the track later if it ends up too quiet.
