  • Ummmm...Vietnam was started by JFK and turned into a quagmire by Lyndon B. Johnson. Both who are DEMOCRATS. The Vietnam war was ended by a republican named Richard Nixon. Don't even say the republicans are doing it again because they aren't and this war isn't near as bad as Vietnam. So shut up. Jane Fonda is an idiot. She hasn't lost anyone in this war yet and she needs to remember there isn't a draft. All the soldiers over there are fighting willingly.

  • I agree -- Jane Fonda has shown real fortitude over the years -- She freely admits to making mistakes which is more than the supporters of that dreadful war did.

  • Yes, finally a book came out that the Vietnam war was wrong, but tell that to all our soldiers in the cemeteries. I lost so many friends who got killed and those who committed suicide.

And now, the Republicans are just doing it all over again.

  • She was right about Viet Nam and she's right about Iraq. A true patriot!
