Get yourself a LED signal flasher.
The led bulbs have a lower resistance then incandescent bulbs.
So your flasher thinks there is a burnt out bulb. Thats why it's flashing so fast.

Its led/bulb. you can see the leds getting owned by the bulbs in brightness.
weak leds and bulbs + hyper flashing = Gay
