If you need to switch up your ab routine, throw these 3 moves into the workout. Repeat clip 3x. Reps range between 8-24 reps per move or side. Hope it helps. ~ahmad

  • i never do abs are they important I never do them in which i mean i never do them direct movement such as crunches or twists

  • i love these moves but i cant do the 2nd one:-( i cant seem to have enough power to keep myself in a plank position for long..maybe its my weight..do u have any fat burning moves that a over weight person can follow? kinda like beginners moves
