caffeine is caffeine, 45mg is 45mg no matter if its added to water, derived from a cup or coffee or soda. If you are used to hundreds of mg's of caffeine a day then 45mg isn't going to be much of a blip...
The answer to your question if 45mg of caffeine do give you an energy boost is not neccessarily a matter of placebo vs. real biochemical effect. It's simple as that. If you drink coffee a lot and your body is used (and addicted) to certain amounts of caffeine, these 45mg won't do that much in terms of biochemical effect. If you never consume caffeine and your body is thus not used to it, 45mg of caffeine in fact WILL affect you. Can't believe you didn't consider this ^^

I drink a scary amount of Caffeine each day. I'll count it today and leave another comment.
Re: Dyslexia...is there a clue in the video?! You called the water Aviaite, when I read it A - vee - tye. We don't have it in the UK so I don't know how it's said, but could this be a sign?
Like your vids so far only got through 4. Catchya l8r. :)
im dyslexic, it basically means you have average to above average intelligence in some arias, but difficulty learning to read and spell (maybe not just reading and spelling, there are other symptoms i think)
Caffeine - If I'm looking for a buzz I go for the Mt Dew or Amp depending on how much I'm looking for. Other cokes don't give me any buzz unless I haven't had any in over a week (but usually 1-2 days into that I get a massive withdrawal headache)
Dyslexia - my sister and I are both dyslexic. I have trouble with sequences and numbers (2 and 5 switch all the time) and my sister is letters, words, sounds. Both honor students - learned to compensate for this ages before we finally got tested

Ok a count yesterday of 728mg of caffeine maybe a little more. I have to cut down.
Looked it all up and it's really not good. Oh dear another pleasure I'll have to give up.
