WOW WHY DNT HE USE A BRUSH TO CUT IN IF YOUR GOOD WITH CUTTING IN! YOU ROLL IT AND THEN YOU HAVE TO GET A BRUSH TO FINISH THE CUT IN! I COULD HAVE IT CUT IN WITH A BRUSH ONE TIME AND THEN DONE WITH IT! GEEZ PAINTERS WE HAVE TO DAY!

Up here in Canada, our paint store sold there last pail of oil primer, and they're not ordering anymore. I think they are trying to switch completely over the latex products.
However they do have two latex primers that seal bare wood really well. Aqualock and Bullseye.

@BurntDead I do not trust any latex primer for bare wood. I have used oil for wood fences with excellent results. Water base primers last a couple of winters , then peal off. Oil and water do not mix and I have found that Oil Primer sheds water off paint ,100 times better than water based. But I have never tried the two you mentioned. Everyone is going latex or low VOC tree hugger paint, that I just think wont last very long, buts that just me. RH DSD

@kaskrew99 Usually I cut the House in very carefully with a brush, THEN I FINGERPAINT THE REST OF IT!!! ITS FUNNER THAT WAY!!!
