Glreat job. You've got the feel, the groove and the attitude down. I've been trying to nail this groove for over 30 years, and only now is it starting to come together. Thanks for the post.

Great sound, I've been messing around with this song and Babylon Sisters for about 2 years now. This may sound strange, but I've played this with making the backbeat on the high hat for (1) hit then draging the stick onto the snare ( as a single Ghost note ). I think this is what Mr. Perdy is actually doing in the studio. I've never posted anything on drumming, since I'm not a trained drummer. Could you try it and tell me what you think ?

Well I'm sure it would get a similar sound yeah, I've watched BP though and he doesn't seem to be doing that. Which is not at all to say that it shouldn't be done!
