Virus is a program written for the sole purpose of being annoying. A computer bug is a flaw that stops the device from working properly. Text messages are too small amount of data to do anything. It is illegal to write and spread viruses so if someone was texting it to people he/she would get caught rather quick since it has a return number. Just thought i'd clear that up
