Video of a recent Heat Pump changeout. The customer noticed his ceiling was wet and discovered the condensation line was stopped up, the pan was full of water, and the pan was rusted and leaking. The customer also realized he could save money on his electric bill with a newer, more energy efficient system. The newly installed system should use about 50% less electricity than the old unit. Customer is now saving money to replace the downstairs system soon.
