Today people think that women are liberated in the west and that the women's liberation movement began in the 20th Century.

Actually the women's liberation movement was revealed by God to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in the seventh century.

The Qur'an and the Traditions of the Prophet (Hadith and Sunna) guarantee every Muslim woman certain rights and duties.

This debate demonstrate the superiority of Islam over Christianity regarding the status and treatment of women. It is the right of every Muslim to explain and commend the position of women in Islam.

You are LYING period. Show me the verse stating such a thing! I can show you cultures doing this, but not religion, especially Islam. There is nooo such verse (guaranteed) that suggests the punishment of a raped woman. Both adulterers get hit a number of times. Look at Deuteronomy 22:13 and on in 'your' Bible. Just look! Also like alot of Paul's teachings, they contridict what Jesus pbuh n all prophets teach. Matthew 5:17-20 Jesus says he has not come to get rid of the laws and teachings of Moses and other prophets b4 him. But 2 bring does teachings back 2 life. No one will enter heaven unless they r more faithful than teachers of law, BY DOING WAT GOD ORDERS.
