it all comes down to money u would be surprised what people do for money especially if they have an outline or business format. They follow it to the end go to the bank make a deposit and dont even listen to the cd
so before u tube this exclusivity wasn't broken since the dj thought im playing a live venue no one will know this is a special event etc, however now whats gonna happen ur gonna hear cool fast music and your gonna want this format so basically eventually this will be on cds or everybody will just listen on u tube for free
however they often sell this fast format to overseas media markets because of their age brackets the amount they pay for music, and commercial satellite radio along with college radio pay premium to them for exclusivity for this fast format its all about money the song becomes the property of the lender or media group
what happens is the artist true intent on sound format is lost which deviates from his or hers ability to secure a stronger fan base and marketer base. a lot of marketers and financiers have no taste in music they want sales so if they loose creativity but gain sales so be it its just a business to them
its a contractual clause that has to be controlled by the artist however the marketers often finance the cd and want to have input on the sound format and who will purchase the cds on commercial media such as walmart, amazon, etc. they often say its got to be this fast we want this age bracket to buy this and so forth
i know its terrible u see sasha has a terrible sound team and marketing group as you see this is cutting edge whats on cd is slow and off beat a lot of djs and musicians have this problem
